Request a directory listing

For practitioners who work affirmingly with trans and gender-diverse people and would like to be listed in the Trans Health SA Directory.

The Trans Health SA Directory lists GPs, endocrinologists, psychologists, speech therapists, counsellors and other practitioners who work affirmingly with trans and gender-diverse South Australians. Listings are free.

This form is the only route for a new listing request. It asks for the information our volunteers need to assess and prepare a listing, so please do not send a listing request through the general contact form.

About you

We use these private details only if we need to clarify the request.

Practitioner details

Give the details THSA should assess and use to prepare the public listing.
